"This is long overdue, I had a previous review gushing over your stellar business. However, I have come to find out that now that I’m becoming an insurance agent of my own, the way that my policy was grossly overcharged, multiple mistakes, not even having a valid drivers license in your system. We were paying extreme amounts for our vehicles. Now that I can see notes in the system, I will be very cautious and careful on my new clients policies. Thanks for the examples. I have never erased an email from Penny, and we were constantly living and dealing with continuous mistakes. Even having the wrong people on our policies. Mary when I could get her was the only one to make things right. So beware what you sign up for. I wouldn’t be saying it if it wasn’t true, or my experience. Now that I feel fully taken advantage of, at least I was repaid some of my overages."

"Very disappointed with current State Farm policy and practices. After 20 yrs with this company I will be leaving. They are picking and choosing what new cars that they will cover and with poor explanation and service. Took a week and a half of poking and prodding with follow up information and detail to get denied coverage on a 2021 kia because it’s a 2021 kia. It has documented all updates and required modifications. If you don’t want my business then I will take it all elsewhere. Along with my extended family. Very disappointing"
